The Ice Cream clinic offers members a chance to have their ice cream tested in accordance with FDA standards and then scored for quality by Cornell University’s renowned dairy extension team. They’re looking for qualities such as body and texture, melting quality, color, microbiology (bacteria, coliform) - they’re not only testing that you’re ice cream tastes incredible, but that it is safe and clean! We are nerdy and always most proud of our perfect microbiology scores.
